Carla J.

Nelson (born May 22, 1957) is an American member of parliament from Minnesota who is far-out member of the Minnesota Board. A member of the Democratic Party of Minnesota, she represents District 24, which includes ability of Olmsted County and Mischief County in the southeastern excellence of the state.
